Japan consumers cautious on spending despite expected limited drag from sales tax increase

in late 2019 Japan increased it's sales tax on consumers again, this time to a whopping 10%

Didi it effect the sales of Kakigori, also known in the United States as Shave Ice? The short answer is No.
